There’s no better feeling than setting off for a run in fresh, clean gear, hoping to set a PB, until BAM that smell hits you like running straight into a lamppost. Let’s be honest if your kit isn’t performing at its best than neither will you. Well not to worry, that’s where Active Wash steps in. This wash-in cleaner is designed to finally get rid of those pesky lingering odours once and for all. Designed for all activewear and ideal for all materials such as Lycra, Cotton, Polyester and Merino wool, this product is the ideal friend for those of you who like to get sweaty.
So how does it work? Well this solution is formulated to head straight for the bacteria that causes sweaty odours to linger. Unlike regular detergents, it doesn’t simply mask odours with perfumes and optical brighteners. It’s also gentle – working at low-wash temperatures.
The great news is you no longer have to risk ruining your favourite baselayer. The bad news? No more excuses for smelly kit!

Returns
If you need to return an item that you have purchased online, you can return the item at any of our locations in-person.
- If you would like to return the item online, simply visit the order page through your account or by clicking view order on the confirmation email
- Items for return must be unworn and still have the tags attached
- Once we receive your returned item our team will look over the item and make sure it clears inspection and a refund will be processed within a week of receiving it. Refunds take 5-10 business days to appear back onto your original form of payment.
- Return labels will be provided for a flat rate of $15 off of your return
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item that you have purchased online, you can exchange the item at any of our locations in-person.
- So if you would like to exchange an item please reach out to our customer service email to request the item you would like.
- The customer service team will create an exchange for you to begin the return of the original item
- Once the team receives the return the exchange item will be shipped.
- Return labels will be provided for a flat rate of $15

Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates after an order has been placed. These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If a mistake has been made with your order information, it’s quickest to create a new order with the correct information and then let our Customer Service.
